One unofficial transcript from each college and/or university attended for credit. The transcript(s) can be uploaded through the Graduate School's online application website. NOTE: Upon acceptance official transcripts are required and compared to the uploaded unofficial transcripts.
Curriculum Vitae:
Resume or Vitae is required.
Personal Statement:
Statement of Purpose. The Statement of Purpose should include but is not limited to the following content: describe your primary motivations for wanting to attend graduate school and identify three to four faculty whose research you are interested in, and briefly explain why.
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation, submitted through the Graduate School's online application website. Paper copies are not encouraged; however, if your recommender prefers to send in a hard copy then he or she should include the recommendation cover form with the letter of recommendation.
