Recommendation Letter:
Submit 2 referees' information in the section "My referee(s)" after settling the application fee and you can check the referees' submission status in the same section.

Copies of certificates of academic/professional qualifications;Assessment report from the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic & Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) on the level of qualification obtained for degrees awarded by overseas universities by distance learning or by completing a curriculum of short duration.Copies of identity card or passport;Other supporting documents upon request of respective Graduate Divisions.
