Write a personal statement. Please address the following questions in a two- to three-page essay, typed and double-spaced. Provide equal time to each question, and in your answers use as much detail as possible, and use specific examples:
Describe your specific areas of interest within epidemiology.
Which primary faculty members in the Department of Epidemiology do you think most closely share your areas of interest?
What previous experiences have influenced your decision to pursue a degree in epidemiology?
How do you see yourself using this degree in the five years following graduation?
Recommendation Letter:
Provide three letters of recommendation. These letters are submitted by your letter writers through SOPHAS.

专业要求：Undergraduate preparation must have included two semesters of biological sciences and mathematics through algebra. Coursework in statistics is highly desirable.In addition to the requirements listed below, all students are required to attend 80 percent department seminars and Journal Club meetings. Also, each student must present one scientific poster at the department level, and the department recommends that they present at the international, national, regional, state, or University level at some point in the student’s program of study
