Transcript:
A set of your unofficial academic records/transcripts uploaded on your Admissions Profile. If you are admitted, official transcripts will be required before your enrollment. For international records, all records should bear the original stamp or seal of the institution and the signature of a school official. Documents not in English must be accompanied by a complete, literal, English translation, certified by the issuing institution.
Personal Statement:
A one- to two-page statement of purpose
Recommendation Letter:
Three letters of recommendation
Sample of Written Work:
The sample of written work should be the best substantial paper you wrote as an undergraduate in an upper division history class. If you have an M.A. in history, it should be your Master's thesis or a major paper that you wrote for a graduate seminar.
Application for Graduate Awards:
The History Department requires that all applicants upload an application for Graduate Awards form.
