Transcript:
Official transcripts of certified records of all college and university study
(undergraduate and graduate) are required and must be sent to our office. Applicants may upload
a copy of official or unofficial transcripts however you are still required to submit official
transcripts. If official transcripts are not received your application will be considered incomplete.
Applicants may submit official transcripts by: (1) mail (hard copy), or (2) through a secure
Electronic Transcript Reporting System (ex: Parchment, Credentials eScriptSafe, National Student
Clearinghouse – JHU SOM Graduate Student Affairs-00207706gs).
Electronic Transcript Reporting: Electronic transcripts must be sent through a secure electronic
transcript reporting system to be considered official. Some universities also have secure transcript
reporting systems, which are also accepted. Transcripts received via regular email will not be
considered “official”. If your official transcripts are sent to us electronically through a secure
system, please direct them to: gradsoff@jhmi.edu
