Transcript:
An official transcript of academic records is required from each university the applicant has attended. Applicants are responsible for requesting the transcript(s) from the relevant universities. Applicants may use the prescribed form for such request.
Transcripts must be enclosed in an official SEALED envelope with its flap bearing the security seal of the university and the signature of the Registrar or representative.
Graduates from NUS may submit copies of their result slips or transcripts.
Recommendation Letter:
Two Referee Reports (either online submission or hardcopy) For hardcopy application, these reports should be sent to us in sealed envelopes whose openings bear the referee’s signature across it. If you are submitting online application, the referee reports will directly be sending to your referees by e-mail to complete the online referee reports.

专业要求：Applicants should have a good Honours degree or equivalent qualifications from a recognised institution. In particular, NUS/NTU graduates should have at least a second upper Honours degree. In addition, the applicant’s Bachelor’s degree programme should include a substantial amount of mathematics/statistics.
