Official Transcripts from every senior level college/university attended. Transcripts issued in a language other than English must be accompanied by an official English translation.
Curriculum Vitae:
Current Curriculum Vitae is required.
Personal Statement:
Personal Statement of objectives from the applicant. This may be the same personal statement submitted with application but in essay format. Please be sure name is on all pages of all documents.
Recommendation Letter:
Three Letters of Recommendation. After you submit an application, you will receive an acknowledgement and a UIN. With the UIN, you can log into the AIS Application Information System to check the status of your application. Within this system is where you can submit the letter of recommendation requests.
Writing Sample:
A Writing Sample that demonstrates the applicant’s ability to write clearly and to think critically and conceptually. Be sure name is on all pages of all documents.
