Whenever possible, you must upload scanned copies of official transcripts to the online application. Please note that these must be official transcripts printed on university letterhead. Print-outs from online student portals are not acceptable. After you submit your application and received your 10 digit USC ID number, you must also mail in official transcripts from all colleges, universities, and other post-secondary institutions you have previously attended.
Curriculum Vitae:
There is no ‘right’ approach to structuring your resumé/CV when updating it to apply for graduate school. However, it is a good idea to take some time to identify the skills and achievements you would like to highlight for your graduate program and structure the document accordingly. Please note, you will be required to upload a copy of your resumé/CV as part of your application.
Recommendation Letter:
Outstanding letters of reference. Identify potential recommenders and let them know that you would like them to write a recommendation for you. The minimum number of recommendation letters required varies by program. Additionally, recommendations may be optional for some programs at USC.

专业要求：Related discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, epidemiology, public health) and completion of a Masters thesis.
课程要求：Some students may be admitted to the program without a strong quantitative background (e.g., if they have a strong biological background and clear evidence of interest and quantitative reasoning ability), and will be expected to complete PM510 prior to enrolling in the program.
