Transcript:
Management/Economics will accept unofficial transcripts and/or academic documents uploaded through the online application system for review purposes. You will only need to provide official transcripts and/or academic records at the request of Management/Economics department or if you are recommended for admission. One uploaded transcript from each of the colleges and universities you have attended as a registered student, regardless of the number of courses taken, is required.
If your native language is not English and you are recommended for admission, you must send both an official transcript in the language of instruction and a certified official English translation. If your degree is not shown as having been awarded directly on the transcript, then you must also provide a certified official copy of your diploma in the language of instruction and a certified official English translation.
All transcripts and/or academic documents uploaded to the online application system are considered unofficial and are for review purposes only. An official transcript bears the original signature of the registrar and/or the original seal of the issuing institution. If requested by the graduate program or if you are recommended for admission, you must submit official transcripts and/or academic documents directly to the graduate program to which you are applying.
Official transcripts and/or English translations must be mailed directly from a Registrar’s office to the program of application (you can choose to send the transcripts to the program yourself but the transcripts must be in an envelope sealed by the Registrar). The Office of Graduate Admissions also accepts official electronic transcripts from accredited U.S. colleges and universities sent via eSCRIP-SAFE, Docufide, Parchment Exchange or directly from the accredited U.S. college or university. The Office of Graduate Admissions will also accept official electronic transcripts from colleges and universities in India via TrueCopy Credentials or Parchment Exchange. These official transcripts must be sent to gradadm@purdue.edu. The Office of Graduate Admission does not accept electronic transcripts from international colleges or universities except for those noted in the pilot program above. Any transcripts submitted will become property of Purdue University and will not be returned.
Applicants re-applying to a graduate school program must provide updated unofficial transcripts to the online application if they have attended another college or university since their last application to the graduate school.
