Curriculum Vitae:
Resume; this is required to be considered for a Fellowship.
Personal Statement:
The statement of purpose should be 300-500 words concerning your purpose for undertaking or continuing graduate study, your reasons for wanting to study at Purdue, and your research interests, professional plans, and career goals. You also may explain any special circumstances applicable to your background and elaborate on your scholarly publications, awards, achievements, abilities, and/or professional history.
Recommendation Letter:
Recommendation letters are required to be submitted online via Purdue University's Graduate School On-line Application. The Department of Statistics WILL NOT accept recommendation letters that are hand delivered or sent via regular postal mail, express/courier mail or email.
Copy of Diploma:
International Students only: Submit a copy of each diploma received in the original language and English translation to the Department of Statistics.
Fellowship Essay/Diversity Statement:
Fellowship Essay/Diversity Statement: Required for all applications.
