Transcript:
Copies of all transcripts (marksheets) from ALL post-secondary institutions (including undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate) in the official language of instruction. Include translations if applicable.
Official documents (transcripts, degree certificates, etc.) may be required upon receiving the conditional offer of admission letter. Documents must be sent directly from the post-secondary institution to the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research office.
Personal Statement:
A Statement of Motivation. Please follow the Statement of Motivation Instruction Form.
Recommendation Letter:
Three (3) reference forms and letters of recommendation completed and submitted by the referees. The reference forms and letters must be uploaded by the referee to the online application.
Research Proposal:
Applicants for PhD Program (written dissertation requirement): provide a five to ten page description of your proposed dissertation research, including the legal issue(s) involved, your preliminary arguments, and the analytical methods you plan to use. Your proposal must be supported by footnote references.
